okay, so I have to get in the shower soon as D. has a ballgame at 8.30p tonight. However, seeing as how I've spent the last couple of days doing absolutely nothing at all worth beans, I thought I'd squeeze a fun meme in before I got to it. But nooooo. Not happening. I went to What's on...right now? and it ain't on. For the whole of this year, it would seem. pfft. Now I gotta try to find a new one to do on Wednesdays. Anyone got any good ones?

Must it only be one thing?
ohhh my... let's see. It absolutely must have more kitchen cupboard space.
And it would be nice if it also had a big master bath.
I would die for a bigger office space!

Twosome: improvement- What's the one thing you would change about your current home? New bed, couch? New carpet or wallpaper? Or something major like an addition?
Well, I'm going all out here! How about a whole new house?
We've been renters for 10 years now and we're buying our first home. We'll be closing on it in 3-4 weeks!

Threesome: shows- Do you ever watch home improvement shows? Which one(s)? Do you actually learn anything, or is it simply entertaining?
I am so absolutely addicted to HGTV. I record almost every day, several times a day. I have several recordings. I'll not record over them until I'm done picking and choosing ideas out of the episodes. I am choosy about the ones I do record. I prowl through the menu on my digital receiver all day to see what is featured in each episode. There's no question. I am learning. I am filing things away, on tape and in my mind. I have little notes all over the house on several notepads and if I'm watching a show while it's recording, I'll usually jot down notes/ideas as it goes along. They're adding up fast!
I also enjoy watching TLC. Clean Sweep and Trading Spaces are 2 of my favorite shows on that network. They're awesome!
